Returns and Refunds Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Please ensure the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@ella-marbella.com, stating your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the item (if applicable). Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a little longer to reflect in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or modifications after delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return; if applicable, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.
